Hardware Replacement Policy
Our limited down time policy on our hardware means we can have temporary replacement hardware to you during the repair time within 48 hours anywhere in North America, and 96 hours internationally (customs and duty delays not included).

Real Time Support
We go beyond a voice on a phone. No matter where you are, we can screen share and control your computer for troubleshooting. A web enabled PC modem card and service are required.

Off-site File Analysis 
For further analysis of difficult leak situations, leak noise sound files can be e-mailed to us.

Hardware Protection Plan
You can have peace of mind with our no hassle extended warranty plan that covers all hardware repairs including warranty related, or accidental damage.

Exceptional Reliability

Our hardware has not only been manufactured to ISO 9000 standards but have also been engineered for exceptional performance to meet the demands of the real world – yours.  Our equipment (including sensors) are capable of withstanding a 1 meter (3’) drop. And our transmitter and receiver with attached sensors meet an IP 68 rating, to withstand immersion in over 1 meter of water.
